With reference to the World Health Organization’s declaration concerning COVID-19 and according to our company’s precautionary measures for the safety of all customers, owners of units or/and their POA holders are encouraged and advised to communicate with Sweet Homes through the following email: Any issues matters/concerns/update/quires concerning your properties purchased from us, shall be answered within short time.
Moreover, if required in some cases for the purpose of visiting our offices, you shall be required to book a prior appointment at the below email address: Note: No Owner/POA holder shall be entertained without booking an appointment first at the above-mentioned email address.
The following needs to be adhered and shall be implemented at our Office. 1) Only One Owner or the POA Holder will be allowed to attend the meetings after getting the necessary appointment from us and the appointment letter time and date to be showed at the reception. 2) Children below 12 years old and persons above 60 years are not allowed to visit the office until further notice. 3) Keeping a social Distance of 2 Meters at all times. 4) Wearing of Masks and Gloves are compulsory and mandatory.

بالإشارة إلى إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية بشأن COVID-19 فايروس كورونا، وعملاً بالقيود والتدابير الاحترازية التي تتخذها شركتنا من أجل سلامة جميع العملاء ، ومالكي الوحدات أو ممثليهم قانونا. يرجى التواصل مع سويت هومز من خلال البريد الالكتروني التالي : اما بشأن بعض المسائل المتعلقة بتحديث البيانات/ استفسارات/ اهتمامات حول وحدتك العقارية التي تم شرائها من شركة سويت هومز، فإننا سنقوم بالرد عليها في وقت قصير. اذا اقتضى الأمر، في بعض الحالات التي تستدعي زيارة المكتب، يتعين على الراغب في ذلك الحصول على موعد مسبق عبر البريد الالكتروني ادناه: ملاحظة : لن يجري استضافة المالك أو من يمثله قانونا دون الحصول على موعد مسبق كما ورد ذكره اعلاه يجب الالتزام بالمتطلبات التالية والعمل بموجبها في مكاتبنا 1) يُسمح لمالك واحد فقط أو من يمثله قانونا حضور الاجتماعات بعد الحصول على الموعد الضروري وتقديم خطاب الموعد لدى قسم الاستقبال. 2) لا يسمح للأطفال دون سن 12 عامًا والأشخاص فوق 60 عامًا بزيارة المكتب حتى إشعار آخر. 3) الحفاظ على مسافة اجتماعية 2 متر في جميع الأوقات. 4) ارتداء الأقنعة والقفازات إلزامي وإلزامي. يرجى التباعد والمحفاظة على المسافة شكرا لك |
